Abstract
The present invention relates to an image improving apparatus which is operated by at least one processor and includes a learning unit which generates a learning target image including improvement information of a learning image and learns a convolution neural network so that the learning target image is inferred from the learning image, an acquiring unit for acquiring an inferred image for an inputted original image using the convolution neural network, and a synthesizing unit for generating an output image by synthesizing the original image with the inferred image. Accordingly, the present invention can obtain a contrast ratio of a low contrast ratio image without losing information of a high contrast ratio image.
